Casper skips spectral training and looks for a friend who can steer him in the
fright direction. He soon discovers his ghostly powers are all it takes to save
a town from the wrecking ball and reunite a father and son, filling them with
his spirit of fun, excitement, love and everlasting friendship. A spooktacular
